Something’s Not Adding Up

As we are nearing the end of 2021, there are many people in positions of power that do NOT see the need to pay hardworking American’s a living wage and this is human rights and economic travesty (to say the least).

People are working more than 40 hours a week, some are even working multiple jobs (or side hustles) and still find themselves struggling in one of the richest countries in the world. Yet, no one thinks they need to earn an income that is commensurate to the inflated prices that are being endured.

The fact that people are working this hard and STILL having to seek out government assistance should be an embarrassment for this country, but, sadly it’s not. Those in control are more concerned with coddling the wealthiest amongst us while disregarding those in greater need.

This Day and Age

Now, in this day and age, there are so many ways to earn a living simply by using your computer or cellphone (this is true). But, for those individuals that don’t have time to uber, doordash, or have an interest in becoming “TikTok famous”, what options do they have?

If prices are steadily increasing, someone is getting paid and the real “trickle-down effect” needs to be passed on to those employees that are helping these corporations to grow. If someone’s rent increases 5% annually, a 3% raise does not cut it.

Currently, there are millions of jobs available because people are tired of being taken advantage of by their employers. Childcare is high and rent/mortgage payments are through the roof. Everyday living expenses (gas, groceries, clothing & utilities) are steadily on the rise and salaries are remaining stagnant so…SOMETHING’s IS NOT ADDING UP!!

For me, working in the credit, real estate, and funding industries, I speak with consumers & entrepreneurs daily who are frustrated. They’ve expressed how hard it is to get ahead in this economy. How tired they are of paying exorbitant fees, getting turned down and overlooked for resources that are designed to empower people.

These conversations have always struck a chord in me. I’ve been in those positions in the past where you are just trying to “figure life out” financially. If “I could just get this money game right” my life would be so much better and wish I simply had a “new social security number” (LOL). You name it, I’ve thought it.

One day (at one of my lowest financial points in life)

I got really serious and I figured out a way to turn my computer into my own personal ATM. There were days I didn’t even sleep. Not because I didn’t want to, but because I couldn’t afford to. Not until I dug myself out of the money pit that I was drowning in.

When my bank account reached 5-figures from me constantly grinding at home…I knew I was on the path of freedom. Of financial independence. There is no greater feeling!

Over the years, I’ve worked diligently on building the RIGHT relationships with people that knew more than me. People that could edify me and guide me into the right opportunity. Because of my passion and desire to WIN…I turned that into my primary business focus. To help others who were in or are in financially deficient lifestyles and are just tired of not living to their full potential.

Credit was that key ingredient

I learned that when you have excellent credit, you control a lot more than you ever could with poor credit. Also learned that there are a lot more yes’s than no’s when your three-digit credit score begins with a 7. I studied the credit processes, algorithms, and even the “controversial” parts of credit.

I bet most of you didn’t know that your zip code plays a part in how your credit score is calculated. Yea, that’s mind-boggling to me too. However, if you live in a low-income producing zip code, your credit score will be affected and graded differently (and NOT in your favor). That bit of information is hard to grasp but it’s another way that “people in power” control those with zero power!

I am committed to helping those that want more out of life. Those who want to gain access to the information that’s going to elevate them financially. As you can see, our government is not all that concerned with how you are going to live a better existence. So, you have to be committed to your own personal success.

If this is your desire then…

  • You must be willing to carve out the time to do the work.
  • You must be willing to invest in your own achievements.
  • You must be willing to eliminate the excuses.
  • You must be willing to be uncomfortable for little while .
  • You must be willing to release mediocrity.
  • You must be willing to win at all costs.

This journey is not easy and it’s definitely NOT for the faint at heart.

If your desire is to ensure everything does make mathematical sense in your life…then you need to make a promise to yourself to make it happen. I learned a long time ago, if you can’t keep a vow to yourself, your word means nothing to anyone!

If you are ready and you want to have a conversation about strategizing your next fiscal move…let’s talk. I am a wealth of knowledge and resources & I am here!
