As a private banker my team and I work with client’s nationwide on a variety of funding projects. Many of our clients are looking to:
1) Invest in multiple real estate projects (buy and hold, fix and flip, etc.)
2) Purchase existing business entities (acquisitions)
3) Start or grow an existing business (equipment, inventory, payroll, etc.)
4) Buy a primary home (lease-purchase options available)
5) Purchase a new vehicle
6) Investments
7) Foreclosure Consultant & More
With the resources we have acquired over the years, our funding assets are unlimited. Each situation will be carefully assessed but we’ve done a great job closing deals for our clients (even) those who have not yet reached the level of #CreditXcellence | When we decide to partner with some clients, we have the authority to approve files based on current circumstances unlike most big banks today that will deny consumers (without seeing the full picture). That’s the benefit of working with me and my team if your goal is to get funded!
As a business acquisition strategist this is the process by which a company seeks to grow through either combining with another company or purchasing the company outright. My team’s role is to facilitate the purchase or consolidation of companies from inception to the final merger. Before any merger can take place, research must be done on potential acquisitions to find those that are relevant and financially beneficial. Companies that don’t fit the requirements are filtered out at this stage. A financial analysis of all data relevant to the potential merger, including a risk assessment of the target company’s current management and operational structure. This audit is designed to provide our client’s with as much data as possible on the financial benefits, and potential pitfalls, of the impending acquisition. The final stage is integration of the target company after the merger itself has been executed. We are responsible for carrying out our client’s plan for integration as quickly and smoothly as possible so that the financial rewards of acquisition can begin to accumulate.

As a consumer credit advocate my role is to support consumers' rights as it pertains to the information being presented on your personal credit profile. Over 43 million consumers have bad credit in the United States and a big problem hindering most files is misinformation being reported. As a result, these consumers are being financially injured and this is causing: high interest rates, unfair fees being assessed and, in many instances, denials for loans and credit that can and should be used to advance one’s economic presence in this society. As a consumer credit advocate, I work to protect consumers from dangerous, unethical, and unfair business practices and help consumers begin the process of company penalization (where necessary) while improving credit scores at the same time.
