This can be scary especially since there is so much noise in cyberspace where every other post is an ad marketing something. TODAY'S TOPIC: Short Sale "No-No's"

Due to the pandemic, short sales are about to become a reality for a great number of people (as well as foreclosures) as the moratoriums come to an end.

In this conversation, Al and Monique are discussing some things that homeowners need to lookout for if they find themselves in a situation where they are behind on their monthly mortgage payments and instead of take the blow of a foreclosure, they decide to negotiate a short sale with their bank.

This includes what to do if you are granted a short sale agreement with your lender and later on you are faced with a hefty deficiency judgment and things to be aware prior to it getting this far.

In simple terms, you are getting the bare minimum to get by. Now, this doesn’t mean they don’t have your best interest in mind, but, how can they feed you a well-balanced meal, when they themselves have been nibbling on the scraps that were regurgitated onto their plate??!!
